 Definitive Selected to Provide Compliance and Risk Management Services to Leading Payroll Services Company.
On 1/14/2008, Definitive announced that it was selected by a leading payroll services company to assess compliance with federal regulations in the financial services and banking industries, and support the establishment of new policies, procedures, and controls.

On 12/05/2007 Definitive selected Savvis Inc. to be its hosting partner for the SMARTopics® Governance System which is provided via a Software as a Service (SaaS) model.

On 10/22/2007, Definitive was awarded a contract with a major financial services company to provide strategy execution services. The engagement includes assistance on strategies and plans, performance measurement and scorecarding, and deployment of Definitive’s SMARTopics® Governance System.
Definitive Presented Business Continuity Seminar.
On 10/6/2007, Definitive presented a seminar on Business Continuity Planning at the American Biological Safety Association (ABSA) in Nashville, Tennessee.
Department of Education Win.
On 9/27/2007, Perot Systems, with teaming partner Definitive, received an award for the Education Department Utility for Communications, Applications, and Technical Environment (EDUCATE) program. Work is anticipated to begin in November of 2007.
Definitive Awarded OCC Contract.
On 9/24/2007, Definitive received an IDIQ contract award from the Department of Treasury’s Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) to provide Project Management Office Support Services. The prime contract has a program ceiling value of $80 million. For more information, click here.
